1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the c444g website (c444g.net) and any associated mobile platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the c444g Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and c444g. c444g may update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of c444g is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c444g enforces a strict minimum age policy. 18+
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your specific location.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that c444g has identified as a restricted territory. c444g may update its list of restricted territories at any time without prior notice.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and you must not be a professional player employed by an organisation with a vested interest in the outcome of events on which c444g offers markets.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the law of your jurisdiction.

c444g reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Accounts will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

3. Account Registration

To access betting markets and casino games on c444g, you must register a personal account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and subsequent KYC processes is truthful. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through a related party — is strictly prohibited. Where c444g identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any bets or winnings attributed to those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c444g login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. c444g will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify c444g immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

c444g accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your c444g account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally feasible. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification prior to processing. c444g reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as displayed in the cashier. c444g targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment providers.

Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits may be subject to specific withdrawal restrictions outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Users should read all bonus conditions before accepting any promotion on c444g.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on c444g are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules take precedence with respect to the matter in question. c444g reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using erroneous odds arising from a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account balance.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data and may be suspended without notice during periods of data unavailability or market review. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless voided under other provisions of these Terms. c444g's decision on any betting dispute is final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time c444g offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and wagering requirements. General bonus conditions applicable to all c444g promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10×) applied to the bonus amount.
• c444g reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c444g and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games without human involvement.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino game results.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any use of c444g to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is illegal.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed toward c444g staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the c444g Platform, including but not limited to the c444g brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content, is the intellectual property of c444g or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of c444g content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c444g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service due to technical failures. c444g's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user's c444g account at the time the claim arises.

c444g does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability. c444g will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10. Responsible Gaming

c444g is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All users have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a reminder or automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months.

11. Termination

c444g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to c444g or other users. In the event of termination for cause, c444g may forfeit any funds held in the account. In the event of termination without cause, any verified balance in the account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c444g holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local law.
